The honest version
Not Just a Puzzle is an independent publishing brand. Most of the books listed on this site are our own books, written, illustrated, and published by Ferrai White. We sell them through Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing program, which means Amazon handles printing, payment, and shipping.
When you click a “Buy on Amazon” button on this site, you go to Amazon to complete the purchase. Where allowed, those links may include an Amazon Associates affiliate tag. This means that — in addition to the standard author royalty we earn on every sale — we may earn a small additional commission from Amazon when you purchase, at no extra cost to you.
Why we tell you this
The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires that we disclose any material connection we have to products we promote. We agree — transparency is good business. So:
- Most products on this site are our own books, and we have an obvious financial interest in selling them.
- “Buy on Amazon” links may earn us a small affiliate commission on top of our author royalty.
- We do not accept paid placements or sponsored reviews for outside products.
- We do not recommend products we don’t believe in.
What this means for you
