Print books purchased on Amazon

Our paperback and hardcover books are sold and fulfilled by Amazon through Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing program. Returns, refunds, and replacement of physical books are governed entirely by Amazon’s return policy — typically 30 days from delivery in original condition.

To request a return or refund for a print book, please use the “Your Orders” section of your Amazon account. We are not able to process print book refunds on our end.

Kindle / eBook purchases

Kindle purchases are also handled by Amazon. Amazon’s general policy allows refunds for Kindle books returned within 7 days of purchase if they haven’t been substantially read.

Digital downloads purchased directly from this site

Printable PDFs and digital activity packs sold directly through notjustapuzzle.com are generally non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. This is industry-standard for digital products that cannot be “returned” in any meaningful way.

Exceptions we always honor:

• Corrupted or unreadable file — we’ll fix it or refund you, no questions.
• Download didn’t work — we’ll send the file directly or refund.
• Accidentally bought the same product twice — we’ll refund the duplicate.
• Anything we got wrong on our end — we’ll make it right.

To request a refund for a digital purchase, email hello@notjustapuzzle.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Bulk orders

Bulk orders for schools, libraries, organizations, and fundraisers have a separate agreement. Refund terms are spelled out in the bulk-order quote you receive. Contact us at hello@notjustapuzzle.com for bulk pricing.
