Times Tables Quiz

Pick tables 1-12, 20 timed questions, track speed + accuracy.

How to practise times tables with the quiz

Choose which tables to practise — all of 1 to 12, or the Easy (1–5), Medium (6–9), or Hard (7–12) sets — then answer a run of questions against the clock. You can practise multiplication, division, or a mix, and choose a quiz of 10, 20, 40, or 60 questions. Scoring is instant.

How it works

  1. Select the tables you want to practise, or use a preset.
  2. Choose the Mode — Multiply, Divide, or Mixed — and the number of Questions.
  3. Press Start Quiz and type each answer.
  4. Review your score, then press Try Again or Change Tables.

How to learn times tables faster

  • Learn the easy ones first. The 1, 2, 5, and 10 tables cover a large share of all the facts.
  • Use the turn-around rule. 7 × 8 is the same as 8 × 7, so every fact you learn is really two.
  • Focus on a small set. Practise two or three tables until they are fast, then add more.
  • Switch to Divide once Multiply is solid. Division facts are multiplication facts in reverse — practising both makes each stronger.
  • Little and often. A 10-question quiz every day works better than a long session once a week.
