๐ Where we stand
- We use identity-first language ("autistic person") by default, and acknowledge preference varies.
- We do not use the puzzle-piece symbol — our name is about puzzle BOOKS. The autistic community largely rejects the symbol; we listened.
- We do not recommend ABA or compliance-based therapies. Where we mention support, it's accommodation and sensory-affirming care.
- Stimming is regulation, not behavior to extinguish. Our games and articles treat it that way.
- Every game has a sensory comfort panel: sound off by default, motion respects
prefers-reduced-motion, high contrast + larger text toggles.
